I actually started getting some symptoms of gagging and coughing in the morns thinking my liver was messed up. I sounded like an old man every day coughing and gagging and spitting and sometimes even vomiting every three or four days in the morning. But I recently got an ion air filter and it went away. I think it might have just been allergies! That stray cat I told you about started developing the habit of sleeping next to my face, and I'm very allergic to cats. But I didn't think in spite of the itchy nose and eyes that the coughing and gagging were attributed to that until I got the filter and found it going away.

I still need to cut out the drinking or tone it down though. I might not be gagging and vomiting anymore but I'm still capable of saying and doing things that embarrass me so much the next day when I drink a lot. it'd be nice to graduate to a point where I'm not haunted by how idiotic I can be all the time.

Thoughts bounce around in my head, but words are solid. So sometimes I speak out loud as a way of formulating how I want to frame a statement or opinion. I often stop several times, thinking "No, that's not it", then make changes, just like editing, and start again.
