u +1 yWell legally, he is in fact not the president. If he were though, purely hypothetically speaking, whether or not he could run in 2024 is likely an issue that the Supreme Court would have to resolve.
02 Reply- +1 y
Right, I know that. But if it were proven beyond a reasonable doubt that the 2020 election was stolen, that Joe Biden is illegitimate, and Trump were re-installed as president, the Supreme Court would, I think, be the ones to decide if he could run again, since he wouldn't have had a full term. I don't know, I'm not a lawyer or a legal expert.

He's not president. There is no President at the moment. On January 11, 2021 power was signed over to FEMA. At that point, America enacted FEMA emergency powers and continuity of government procedures. There was a training session for Governors the year before to ensure everyone state knew how much individual power they had. This is why you see big policy movements by people like De Santis. Government operations moved to their secret locations as per their plan. One not so secret movement was the capitol police opening offices in Tampa Florida and out in Los Angeles California where they would normally have no jurisdiction... DC has been fenced off. You have no President…

Presidential functions are largely derived from Executive order 12148 of 1979 which delegated to FEMA various authorities which had been given to the President by statute (including reorganization plans) or by the Constitution. Subsequent Executive orders have added to these FEMA
functions. Unlike the statutory functions described above, these Presidential authorities can be withdrawn or reassigned by the President, without changing the, authorizing statutes. - +1 y
In exercising these Presidential authorities, FEMA is in a position much like that of an office or division within a Federal department or agency that has been freely delegated authority bv the agency head. The President may be considered to have a special interest in and authority over powers that he or she has delegated, distinct from the President's general grant of executive power in Article II, section 1 of the constitution. If this delegated authority is interpreted by the Attorney General, it is generally safe to assume that, all other things being equal, it will be interpreted broadly in a manner that maintains the breadth of Presidential discretion.

First time I've heard this "fake news" scenario.

@AviatorTom The law is the law. Just because your late night comedians don't support it, doesn't change the law.
+1 yIf he is still legally president, does that mean that everything Biden has signed, is not actually a law and needs to be reversed?
Of course he isn't legally president though.00 Reply
ummm trump isn't president

But him and his supporters think so
- +1 y
@NorthwestRider not really.
- +1 y
@NorthwestRider I'm not even a Trump fan (at least not like these other Trumpanzees) but every American with an IQ above 80 knows that the election was stolen from Trump. It was so blatant and abrasive you'd have to be mentally retarded to rationally conclude anything else.
So yes, The rightful POTUS lives in Florida. - +1 y
@Mossberg500 If it was stolen, then his layers must be mentally deficient, because they couldn't prove it at all.
- +1 y
No it's just that the J00-dicial system is as corrupt as the rest, and the only lower courts permitted to hear testimony were are stacked with corrupt judges.
What you say is akin to saying the prosecution against O. J. Simpson was mentally deficient. Nope, they were just up against the agenda of putting a Hall Of Fame NFL Running back in Prison for murdering his white wife (Be weary Mudsharks, this happens often the media just buries it.) It doesn't fit the agenda.
1st and most obvious clue it was rigged, was stopping the election in the middle of the night, while Trump was up 700,000 votes in Pennsylvania with 70% reporting. That is insurmountable and would take an act of God (or in this case an act of the demons controlling America) to flip the state to Biden winning.. days later, not hours.
There has never been a US Presidential election put on hold in the middle of the night in the history of the cable television.
The US is a banana republic, as we all knew. There are no "Elections" just "S (e) lections."
Lastly, none can say Biden has been a better POTUS than Trump was. The man has fcking Dementia or Alzheimer's disease, it is painfully obvious.
Remember when they tried to impeach Trump for a year because of their absurd hypothesis of him being mentally incapable of serving, attempting to Coup de atat using the 25th amendment? Where all those same people for creepy Uncle Joe Dementia? They don't seem to exist.
Course, (((They))) own both sides of the 2-party system. Trump was even starting to cave to their will in the last two years of his Presidency. But at least he was the very rare Pro-American President, who actually cared about the people (it's been a long time since that's happened,) he exposed the media and he exposed "The Establishment."
You're out of your league Antifa, just be quiet before you make yourself look more stupid. Are you even American? - +1 y
@Mossberg500 last I checked my passport I am. Since it's in a box on my dresser that was right before I typed this in. As for being Antifa, you're wrong. I am of no social change group whatsoever, so I am not even a member of the nonviolent ones like NAACP and such. Several cases were appealed to SCOTUS, they refused to hear any of them and most are Trump supporters.
- +1 y
I'm not which part of "corrupt" you do not understand? No, the Justices are not pro-Trump, like every other body in the US they are Pro-themselves, and the agenda set forth by the powers that rule over the United States.
The fact that SCOTUS refused to even hear his election challenges is only further proof of this. - +1 y
@Mossberg500 they refused to hear it because they found no basis for it.
- +1 y
Nice backwards think, you you weren't a lazy communist you could easily look up the evidence for yourself. They "found no basis" for what? Something they refused to look at. Sounds like the average leftard, that's why I'm far right, cause of people like you that I want dead.
- +1 y
If you think and talk like antifa, you are antifa for all intents and purposes. Call me Natzi, I'll laugh about it. The Cancel culture squad will be killed by people like me. People like you just push people into our camp, so keep up the good work. You're fighting a losing battle.

@Mossberg500 last I checked fearing what Trump's supporters may do if he loses again isn't an Antifa viewpoint, nor is having access to trial transcripts. Do you know what opaque means? Rudy Giuliani didn't.
- +1 y
Idgaf bout Trump. Idgaf about Conservatives or Libtards. You seem to not be wrapping your head around that. Most of the nitwits on both sides A) Don't understand how government works (Go take a fucking civics class the Pres isn't a king) and B) The corruption (Implemented both Rothschild and co; the Zionist-Jew elite, runs so deep, you couldn't vote your way out of it with the dead bodies of the Chinese population.
As far as I'm concerned every dumb ass conservative or liberal can get the smoke I'm offering. But few want it, because the truth is too difficult, and it turns their worldview on its head. You're all literally in the Matrix, and so am I... only difference is I'm one of the few who is aware of it. - +1 y
Trust me though, if Jeb Bush or Rubio had won the republican nomination, and if he had become President they wouldn't have been grilling him all day every day on every network.
The 2016 election and aftermath had nothing to do with left or right. The Uni-Party is one entity, they put the Elephant and Donkey shit out there because the masses are simpletons who actually think there is some great divide. The only divide was the fact that Mr. Trump was an outsider that wasn't controlled by the Establishment i. e. George W Bush. If Romney had beat Obama, same thing.. They wouldn't have made such a stink.. because he's a bought puppet, just like all the s (E) lected on the left. The Zionist elites own both sides of that shit, and all you half-wits are too dumb to realize it. - +1 y
@Mossberg500 Not saying you're a Nazi, but your views on Jews are close to their views on Jews.
- +1 y
Zionist Jewry IS "Jewish Supremacy." As Ironic as it may seem, the Jews (not all of them) but those who follow the Talmud, think those of us who aren't Talmudic Jews are Sub-Human Cattle. And sadly, the masses of the West have fallen for all their multi-culti globo homo propaganda.
I will not be fooled, this isn't 1933-1940. The Jews ARE the new Natzis - +1 y
I get called "Natzi" all the time, do not worry it doesn't hurt my feelings. Been called every name in the book. I am indeed an out-spoken White Nationalist (Not Supremacist)
People keep shouting "Diversity" on the left! Well numbskulls, the only way to MAINTAIN true diversity is to have some separation of the races/cultures. Mixing everybody together is KILLING TRUE Diversity. If I traveled to Italy I'd want to be surrounded by rich Italian History and their culture, If I traveled to Mehico same thing. But I don't even need to go that far, as the American Southwest has already fallen to Mexico for all intents and purposes. I used to live in New Mexico, I know first hand. Multi-Culti -Globo-Homo is murdering diversity, yet that's what the liberals preach... Not the brightest bunch.

+1 yOk, works for me. Move the pants-shitter-in-chief out of his fake Oval Office, let him pretend he’s still president from Baltimore, let Trump move back in and refund my taxes I paid in 2021, and Trump won’t run again in ‘24.
08 Reply- +1 y
Biden is literally in Baltimore every chance he gets, he admits as such…
- +1 y
So do we have a deal?
- +1 y
Then I guess you’ll have to accept Trump being able to run in 24.
- +1 y
Hurr durr.
Dead people voted for both presidents, so they should both be disqualified.
I want "None of the Above" added to all ballots so we can dismiss unqualified candidates.00 Reply- 8.6K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic.
+1 yLegally, according to the REAL votes, he is but, actually, he's not. Therefore, he CAN run again in 3 years.

+1 yAs far as I know he was never sworn in [ took the oath], So he is not the President therefore he can run again, when he finishes this second term he can run and serve as Vice President for two terms

+1 yNot an issue because Trump is not "still legally President".
00 Reply Assuming he won against Biden, that means Trump was re-elected. That also means he'll be done in '24. Therefore, he can't run again after that.
