I know Biden is actually President, I just wanted to point out that if Trump is legally president he can't run in 2024. If Trump runs in 2024, then he admits he lost in 2020.

Well legally, he is in fact not the president. If he were though, purely hypothetically speaking, whether or not he could run in 2024 is likely an issue that the Supreme Court would have to resolve.
