Undoubtedly- but you've left an important question unasked, which is "President of what?". The American president has a clearly defined role, with far more limitations to his power than his Russian counterpart. A Russian President Trump is an alarming thought. Would he be better than an American Putin? I'm not sure. The past two years have deeply shaken the faith I had in the judgement of my fellow human beings, but that extends to my faith in their corruptibility as well.
