Yes, I can remember we had a car with no seat belts. I drove to Florida in a pickup trunk. 1500 miles with 3 in the front and 3 in the back.

I'm not young by "young people's standards" but I ain't scared of ya. Hell, I've done all that same stuff myself growing up... Don't forget the five-second rule, asbestos, second-hand smoke and competitive full-contact sports played in the street with no protective gear what so ever. Also, I remember when being allowed to ride the last mile home on the hood of the car was a reward for good behavior and the promise to help put the groceries away... worked too. lol.

Haha Old people bragging about how tough they are is seriously cringey. 53 is also not that old. Growing up in times when that was the norm is NOT an achievement or braggable status, especially being exposed to lead paint that leads to brain damage or retardation.
