The unemployment rate may say 3.5% but there are thousands of people who cannot find a job whose benefits have run out. They are no longer counted. It is probably more like 5%.

And even if someone can find nothing else, isn't $15 an hour with health benefits temporarily until something better comes along better than earning nothing at all cause they've exhausted unemployment? Living on $15 may not be easy but it's better than trying to live on $0.
