Yes and it should be fixed will the death sentence and loss of property to any president, member of congress, or court making any ruling to abolish of change it. And the penalty could be executed by any citizen. Therefore, any citizen could kill and claim his property if any president acted like FDR.

If there was infinite supply the gold standard would be worthless anyway. The gold standard was a means to prevent inflation by limiting the money supply.
