What do western guys think about Indians?

Like native Indians or from India Indians

For native people they're pretty cool I guess some of their tribes share similar philosophies to my own so that's pretty cool I've had a few native friends and I think are similar ideology is probably why that is

Now if we're talking Asian Indians then we're getting into a discussion that's going to go one of three ways
You see India has multiple cultures in it actually which I don't think a lot of people know about but yeah there isn't one primary religion in India and depending on which religion you follow your philosophy will be greatly different and the way you act will be greatly different and you could be someone who I would compare to being almost saintly or you could be someone I'd compare to being human trash

You see in India there's a group that's very sexist so much so that little girls die because of these people and they die quite frequently these are people who protect their little boys even if the little boy is going around killing neighborhood girls this group here in my eyes is despicable and this isn't oh hey this is an isolated case this is something that's somewhat common just the general idea of vastly caring about boys more than girls and letting girls die because why not and again this isn't all of India this is literally just one of the big cultures in India

On the other hand there's some other cultures in India which I find to be quite tame and bring a pretty interesting view into life that I quite frankly like to listen to every once in awhile matter of fact I follow the sadhguru YouTube channel because sometimes I like to watch his content

Then there's even another group in India which believes in multiple gods but also takes a more spiritualistic more interesting approach that I myself don't follow and don't know much about but I don't hate them I like the idea a little bit but definitely not enough to like make it my religion or whatever

Indian women are mostly cool, albeit a little shallow. It's Indian men who have a bad reputation in the West. Many of them are creeps, rapists, and misogynists. And I'm not saying that with malice; I just know a LOT of Indian dudes can't keep it in their pants and get extra gropey and inappropriate. Though I'm unsure if that's Indian men in general, or just American/Canadian Indian men. The American-Indian men I've men were certainly perverted and borderline misogynist (I don't even like that word due to how feminists ruining it, but I actually mean it in this context; they're very disrespectful to women). But like I said, most Indian women seem okay, if not a little gold-digger-ish.

I met many. Except for one (studied, man), they were all incompatible in their culture to me.
Numerous encounters had been outright unpleasant - each time for the same reasons (culture and ''values'', again)
I am not longer interested to be in touch.

@crazyindianchick Indians have a rather strong culture which is vastly different from that of the western one. Many of them tend to be extremists. Relating to them is hard especially if they’re very cultural.

@CrazyIndianChick... it's nothing personal - or even consciously ''racist'', but just an observation. Interestingly, I believe to see that it's not only my own observation. I hear of similar experiences over and over again from others as well.
There seems to be no common base - exceptions granted, of course.

@andreasderjuengere no worries. Many Indians who have immigrated from India have extremely traditional values and tend to have different views about things in general and often don’t try to assimilate to the culture of the country they immigrate to (exceptions exist, of course).

However, this does not apply to all Indians. I think you won’t have this issue with Indians who are westernized as they tend to be more open minded and relatable.

I have recently become intrigued with the ancient ruins in India and the Hindi teachings. Unless you meant Native American, which I just started looking into the different spoken beliefs of creation. I've started to appreciate all different regions, cultures, and religions. They are all unique and fascinating.
