Will companies be fined if commercials don't portray blacks positively?

I mean is there a law or something, because 100% of commercials have a black person always portrayed in a positive light. I mean 75% of the country is white but there are more blacks in commercials than whites and you rarely see any other minority in a commercial even thought hispanic population is as large as the black population. Also all criminals or dumb asses in any media including movies are cast as white men. Just wondering if it's a federal law?

Companies are tripping over themselves trying to avoid getting cancelled by the liberals. They do not realize that most of the buying that goes on in this country is done by conservatives. CocaCola and Disney are finding this out the hard way. The liberals tried to cancel GOYA and they ended up having a buycott and their sales went up.

Yes. I noticed that too for home alarm commercials that the thief wearing the mask is always white or the moron in the commercial is always a white man who is clueless and spineless.

I guess it's socially unacceptable to portray black men in the negative light regarding media but the irony is the black man portray themselves as thugs and criminals through their music and music videos.

But yes, there is demand from marketing staffs to have overly diverse casts. But seeing how blacks used to be portrayed by whites in blackface, I think it’s fine.

black engineers and doctor are doing great, I know many black engineers. Somehow every other race managed. If we constantly tell any group of people their problems are someone else's fault they will not be able to take accountability for themselves and be unable to grow from the struggle of growth itself. are you saying blacks aren't hungry? Interestingly, it does seem to correspond to how "colored" you are. Black wealth average: 17,000-20k. Hispanic $36,000. I think its more to do with immigrant families working harder. But still, there's reasons why black wealth is a tenth of whites.
