They’re probably the only ones dumb enough to still watch commercials. I stopped watching mainstream media in the year 2000 and set up an HTPC running XBMC back then which is now KODI today. Usenet had all sorts of ripped movies and TV shows back then from video subscription services and libraries. By the mid 2000s you had ad block on all browsers and youtube came along. Why would you want to financial support media companies that are actively working to destroy your county and discriminate racism towards your people by watching their advertising? Block all that shit… They influenced 90% of the black community to vote for this jackass… Are you on that level or do you think you can do a little better for yourself?

Advertisers have been pummeled by activists about show blacks and showing them in the best light possible. So the black guy is the boss, the black family is happy in a nice house.

A young whole woman will be shown with a black male or more rarely with a black female. A white guy is the butt of the joke as people will be outraged of it were a black guy, a woman or anyone else but a white man.

Young white guys don’t watch TV anymore. Like ever. They are on the internet. Blacks watch a lot of TV. But advertisers are in a rut and show 13% of the population as if they are 50% of the population. Blacks are over represented in advertising as a way of virtue is falling and avoiding harassment from activists.

Our Government saw the opportunity with Floyd to get us into a race war and Soros unleashed BLM on our inner cities and Caravans to our borders. Biden of course was not elected by votes no president has other than Trump. There has never been a bi-partisan government. Trump won as the left felt cocksure he would lose and lose big. Back to the commercials. It is to empower the blacks against whites and as we see the killings, lootings, no jail, they are now garbage disposal of anything white. When we become fully socialist which we need to start calling it what it is Communism (CHINA) and they own us now. I think you’re absolutely correct. Black people throughout history have hardly contributed anything to Western Civilization, or society for that matter. Much of black history taught in school focuses on how oppressed and disadvantaged they’ve been as a minority group. They want credit for things that they’ve never achieved or accomplished, which means always wanting to be included in white culture/society. Think about it, they consider white people so oppressive, but they move to predominantly white countries in droves. They want to move to white neighborhoods, and attend predominantly white schools.

How many white people are taking any African based classes in school, or college. Their contributions aren’t meaningful. They didn’t discover the Law of Gravity, or didn’t father physics. They didn’t establish our Nations institutions, or codify our laws, which is probably why they have little respect for our Nation’s laws to begin with. There wasn’t a Renaissance in Africa, or Age of Enlightenment. The fact is that they are allowed to have their own culture free from outside influences (BET). Simply look at all of the shows on TV and the movies being produced that are predominantly black, or that peddle the white people are racists demagoguery. Look at the NBA and NFL that was hijacked by blacks.

White people aren’t allowed their own culture, or allowed to operate independently of blacks; it’s clearly a power paradigm where they are free to have their culture, but white people cannot. They simply resent white culture, and they loathe that white people have something that they will never have. Let’s face it, their music, rap/hip hop, is denigrating, pseudo culture noise pollution garbage. Their history is a complete enigma because they’ve done nothing. Black nations and cities are lawless, violent, desolate places because they are completely incapable of self governance. Look at the African continent. They simply cannot assimilate theirselves into a society capable of functioning on the world stage.

They don’t have a Statue of Liberty, Constitution, or anything that compares to predominantly white Western civilization. They are jealous. Where is the African space program. What about the African CERN, or Hadron Collider? Blacks want to complain about being historically oppressed, but most of that oppression is attributable to their own people who would sell them into slavery, or their tribal nature that amounted to years of African warfare. Blacks are a historically violent people, and they are jealous that their history is incomparable. They couldn’t overcome their turbulence to amass something comparable to something as aspiring as the American Revolutionary War, and they can’t seem to assimilate together after a civil war similarly to the US. If you think there isn’t black racism than look at how South African whites are being treated post Apartheid. Violent black racists are skinning them alive, raping their women, and robbing them of all livelihood. South African laws have been codified so that only blacks can achieve success in businesses, or be allowed to capitalize on government incentives. Are there any laws like this that exists in the US?

Blacks are jealous of the fact that they will never have what white people do unless they domineer and usurp it. They complain about “white flight”, but why is it that not just white people, but other races of people don’t want to live next to them? Simply look at Baltimore, Detroit, New Orleans, Philadelphia, and basically any city that is predominant black/run by liberal/democrats. They have nothing unless they can power grab it from others. History seems to teach us that lesson.

It's not racist to ask. It's a relevant question. I've noticed this more and more in the last decade, and it has gotten really bad since Covid 19 and the BLM riots. I just shut the World Series off for the first time in my life. It's the top of the 7th, and during the whole game I didn't see one commercial with a white alpha male, not one. 80% of the actors in the commercials were either black, Hispanic, or a minority from another country. If there was a white person, it was either a female, or some beta white male who is the butt of the jokes of the commercial. They even insulted Elton John. Of course this was a political statement of trying to insult old white men by young black males.
Anyway, I hope this changes. I feel completely insulted. I'm not sure I can sit through a whole NFL season with this going on. I am flabbergasted that any media board would dare to do something like this and then think that their main audience (white males) are going to keep watching. It defies reason and logic.

it is a huge mistake, it is another version of charity and of "progressive" whites showing blacks that progressive whites are superior; "see how good we are that we help you because you can not help themselves". Advertising is about money, just like everything else in the USA. Companies target people they think will spend money on their product or focus on a segment of the population that they have not tapped into before. For now, the focus is on black people's money and how to get more of it. I had noticed more black people in commercials. I wouldn't say it is ONLY black people. I have seen interracial couples of all combinations and more LGBTQ and physically and mentally challenged people represented. And it is still all about the money and how to get it out of people's pockets and into the business bank account. It's just business. For decades wealthy healthy white males and their families have been the focus. Companies now realize other people have money to spend and they want it. It is said that black people spend more on goods and services compared other groups. If you are a smart business owner and want your business to grow, who would you target? Don't take it personally. It will change again once the companies get what they want from this targeted group. It appears there is a rise in focus on Asians, so they may be the next money target.

This is a valid and important discussion. Two things are at play, fear and economics. What other race has received so much without effort yet, provided so little in return? Initially, I believed advertisers leveraged this as an opportunity to reduce costs by featuring multiple races to appeal to multiple viewers simultaneously. One commercial can be shown on BET, TNT, MTV, etc. However, this has become a mockery as these commercials in no way represent reality. Black male, white female, an effeminate fair skinned male, or a daughter that looks Hispanic, etc. Everyone sees these productions for what they are, a laughable distraction from the product or service being peddled. Again, many of these commercials could double as a 70’s SNL sketch. Controversial insurance pusher, State Farm is a good example. The smooth, omniscient pitchman is surrounded by chronically stupid and fumbling White men and woman. Black guy sighs, rolls his eyes and saves the day… I draw the line as the education and professional attainment of Black America is intentionally distorted at the expense of other accomplished races. Whites, Hispanics, Asians, and Native Americans have been largely eliminated to placate a militant and undeserving mob. Now we have 44M wards of the state and the other 289M are forced into guardianship.

I don't think everyone is aware of just how much free money has been handed out to black people the past few years. In addition to the standard public aid checks and food stamps the IRS has been giving them $3K per child tax rebates (even if they didn't pay taxes). Also, they were able to stop paying their rent when the government forbid evictions for 2-years. They are literally cash flush and every company advertising on TV is trying to get some of that cash. And, I'm sure everyone has noticed that the new cash cow for blacks is discrimination lawsuits - which are being filed for every reason imaginable, so the advertisers are also trying to avoid lawsuits. TV ads these days would have us believe that every white guy has a black best friend. Every white guy having a tailgate or home barbeque invites a couple of black couples. Apparently zillions of white guys have black girlfriends or wives, etc. etc. I am personally sick of it. The reality is white and black people generally don't hang with each other or live side by side (by choice of both races). The representation of blacks on TV as responsible, clean, well spoken, well dressed with good jobs living in nice homes is a big lie. The reality is much much different.

Agreed... this is happening on a MASSIVE scale. It is not just TV ads. It's ALL ads, everywhere, all the time, in all western countries. It's very intentional.

Numerous black people have noticed this too, since they're not blind and many are saying that its annoying for them too and that all this so-called "representation" isn't actually doing them any good. It's white liberals steering the ship of this insanity. They're bending the knee and virtue-signalling HARD.

I was just at the store looking at picture frames... a huge aisle There was ONE and I tell you, ONE white couple in the display within the frames. Every single other frame showed a black family/couple or mixed couples trotting gleefully through fields of flowers or they showed single Moms, swinging their children around. These were mostly frames by "Mainstays" sold in Walmart... so, feel free to go see for yourself.

All of this literally happened overnight. That's the real issue. As the population and demographics changed over time, things would have happened organically and slowly and literally no one would have noticed. This is far, far different.

This is only a fade for in the next few years Latinos, the fastest growing race in the US, will out number Blacks 2 to 1. Latino immigrants often hold negative views of African-Americans so advertiser will rush to delete Blacks from ADS and place more White and Latinos in commercials and TV shows.
