Never. I actually appreciate different opinions, especially if a person can support them. But, even then, I've never blocked someone over a difference of opinion.
The few I have blocked were those who initiated extreme and/or persistent hostility.

I think back at the time of the US election I blocked someone because they advocated violent insurrection. Normally I wouldn't, unless they stated their opinion in an abusive manner.
