Why is it, Vote Blue No Matter who only applies to Establishment Dem's?

I've encountered quite a few KHives, a lot actually that keep convincing/reminding people they have to vote blue no matter who while at the same time stating they will not support/vote for John Fetterman if he is the nominee.
