Age discrimination in work place?

I feel like my boss purposely doesn't give me 30-49 hours because of my age and thinking us younger and childless employees should only work 20-25 a week.

No thank you. I want 30-40 so can afford emergencies like car tires, medical and if my laptop decides to go out. ( which i rely on for commission art orders).. just any emergencies. Hell even to put back for retiring.

I keep asking for more hours and not much changed...

Yet the other coworker who's worked less gets 30-35 ..

It doesn't make me feel important in the job and makes me hate older women working here.

Just asking opinions. I mean I'm fine on my hours since I do another side business but I really just want to rack in more money.
