Ottoman did not changed language or culture never. But anothers changed languages and cultures. You can look at the North Africa. Why they talking French? Where is the Aborjins in the Australia? What happened? You can look at the Ottoman borders. Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, Serbia, Slovenia, Austria and anothers. Everybody can continue same culture same life same language.
