Most people don’t even think of it or know about it. I think it went into decline around 1680 and just took a while to eventually die, everyone knew it was dead and it was the poor man of Europe.

I may be confusing it for the Habsburgs. Do you mean the similar Austrian Empire or Austrian Hungarian Empire? If you mean the Ottoman like arabic or middle eastern, I know very little. A sultan? I'm just guessing. Sorry. 🥺
