Although there are totalitarian elements on both sides of the political spectrum, I think liberals tolerate dissent less. Remember back in the day when at the end of a newspaper articles you could make comments? You can't do that on most left-wing articles anymore, but you can still can on Foxnews. com. That is just another example of the left trying to limit dissent. Below are an articles from Left wing HuffPo and Right wing FoxNews to prove my point:

I’ve been blocked before, and I’m as fair as they come 😂 Literally, hold my own and accept other points of view very easily without giving up my beliefs. So the way I see it, if my opinions are constructive and in good faith, it’s not a reflection of my opinion if I get blocked, only their character 🙃

Though, I did have a more right-leaning friend here who blocked me because I tried to expose the transphobia and racism of the right... She also happened to be trans
