I probably wouldn’t be that stupid. Maybe if I suddenly lost my mind or suddenly had had a stroke (or something that would completely change my personality or mood)… even then, I just don’t see that happening.



I would fully expect to get forcefully dragged out of the car, cuffed and thrown roughly into the back of the cop car, if I didn’t get cold cocked or something - which is partly why I’d never try to attack someone unprovoked, let alone a cop. If the cop was professional and trained well, and not about to snap, I’d still expect at least to be “treated less than kindly” when I was put in their car.


I’d also assume at the least that I’d have some assault charge or that I attacked the officer (or however they label it) added to whatever I was already in trouble for. I don’t see me wanting to push my luck by adding more trouble.


I don’t antagonize cops, (let alone behave that way with other people who don’t have that kind of authority) and I would probably do what they said (within reason). I’m calm and respectful. I’m not entitled. I don’t assume all cops (or most cops) are crooked, so I don’t automatically come out raging over getting stopped.

Definitely an arrest. Depending on the jurisdiction, you could be facing assault, assault with a deadly weapon, assault on a police officer, resisting arrest, bioterrorism and potentially attempted murder if you have an STD/STI. All this would depend on how the laws in your jurisdiction are written and how far a DA wants to go to make an example out of you.

Keep in mind a DA can add more charges outside what an officer lists in an arrest if your actions broke a law the officer did not bother to list.

That would be a 3rd degree felony in the state of Texas so you'd get arrested and booked into jail for assault on a peace officer and unless you can get a plea deal to drop it to a class A misdemeanor for assault, you'd have a felony on your record. So yeah, don't do that
