Let it crash to the ground. I'm still a couple months away from dealing with my parents probate liquidating everything they wanted per their will. I'll have a good chunk of change to invest on ground zero before a boom economy. As they always do after a crash.

That's the nature of life. Be it forestry or economics. While everything burns to the ground new opportunities flourish from the ashes.
