I´d say yes because testosterone isn´t just a sexual hormone. Your level of testosterone also determines your motivation and your strength. One could argue testosterone is what makes the difference between a boy and a man not only in terms of bodily functions but your focus and concentration.
A too low testosterone could lead into lack of motivation to work out in general but also to work harder in anything, concentration will go down as well and it could happen that most guys will be become lazy and prefer to be entertained instead of working for their goals.
