No, a law that forced everyone to donate blood would be a bad law. But here's the thing - pregnancy is a CHOICE.
People often try to use the rape argument to justify abortions, saying "Oh, but what about those who had no choice in the matter?", whilst of course deliberately failing to mention the fact that, percentage-wise, they comprise a tiny number of those who opt for the procedure. The number one reason is usually "convenience" (ex. "I'm too poor to raise this child, therefore I can't raise the child, and therefore I'll have to terminate it, nevermind the fact that I could put it up for adoption and then the child will at least get the chance to grow up").

If you don't want to reproduce, the way to prevent that is simple enough - don't have risky sex, so yes, it's immoral to do that.
Actions have consequences. Responsible people know this, so why the HELL do so many bleat about how apparently unfair it is for society to introduce laws that compel people to behave like grown-ups?
If you don't have sex, especially with someone you're not actually married to, then you won't have to worry about winding up pregnant, and the "need" for an abortion will be something you won't even have to give a minute's thought to.
