Partly -
''You'' can grow 6 pots per home if the plants are below a set THC level.
If you're a policeman - like my neighbour - you get away with more, and/or stronger plants :D

For larger amounts you can obtain a license, if you intend to grow medical crops for example.
With tourism at its worst, the Thai ''government'' presently has a high interest in Cannabis legalization; but as they are mostly former military Junta members, they have a problem to get it done right :D

No, it's illegal all throughout the US. Many states have decriminalized it, vhich is essentially saying "we're not going to enforce this law", which is setting a precedent that is, frankly, *horrifying*, but no one but me seems to think that.

England here, a small amount would get you a cannabis warning, but no arrest or caution,,, so not legal but some tolerance for personal use,,,
