Yes, of course. Legalize it and tax it, just like booze. It's legal in my state, it's so much better that way. Why do we need these back-ally sleazy drug dealers, when you can just go to a fancy store and buy it?

And you don't have to smoke it, they have tons of edibles. You can even buy it in a sugar form. Put some in your tea. It doesn't make me high, but one Indica gummy, and I sleep like a baby.

It can't be- it's against Federal law, and states can't override that. They can choose not to prosecute it, but not only is that setting an EXTREMELY dangerous precedent, it's not effective- if the growers and retailers are paying taxes, the FBI could nab them for illegal business practices at any time, and they'd wind up in jail, right next to Al Capone.
