Do you think British people try to destroy other cultures?

I finally see how things are going in America and Canada. My friend is originated from Celtic. And he hates queen of England and he try to get a language lesson. He told me that British people tried to destroy French culture in Quebec but they were not successful. I am Asian and I now see that British people really try to brain wash everyone in the USA/Canada. I see many European people living here and there and they don’t really feel comfort English speaking life but they do it anyway but they still feel discriminated? I mean I can tell that they are afraid of discrimination. Am I over analyzing or is it true that British try to control everyone destroying any other cultures and languages?

I don't know how true that is but I do notice Britain copy America with a lot of stuff, they tried copying American rap they try to copy a lot of the urban American culture and I don't get why, I have also seen in comments on YouTube that British people try convincing Americans that their ghettos are worse than American ghettos and I really don't see the brag in that, considering most Americans that are living in these ghettos don't want too and are trying to get out of the ghettos to have these British people in Britain try to compare themselves like these rappers and people want to be broke and have to depend on guns and chase clout, don't get me wrong cause some do but rap culture technically revolved about poverty and its why people rap and brag about their money and what they have cause they didn't always have it, ego also plays a big part and I feel like some people in Britain try to live a life like a gangster or whatever because they want to be cool when in America it's all about money and wanting to have money, don't get me wrong there's many British people that are just mature and are on their own stuff and that's very respected on my part but you can go in American vs British raps and you see childish British and American arguing about what country is more gangster or whatever and it's all just stupid and your question reminded me of this and I feel like it's all just pointless but I would blame all of Britain just cause there's some childish British people out there.

They certainly did a fantastic job at it.
Much of the ethnic strife in the world is due to the British being assholes when they abandoned their colonies making borders that were terrible either because they weren't smart about it, or worse, were just racists assholes.

No as there would be no benefit to doing that…and an enormous waste of Money.
