Do you think Scottish people are racist?

I’m know a guy who is Scottish, his attitude around the white folks is very loving, respectful, but when I see him interact with the brown people, he becomes arrogant, he acts annoyed by them, talks is a very disrespectful manner to them as if he is better than they are. I’ve met a few of his friends and sometimes they act the same way. So I don’t know if this is matter of race or if it’s just the way they are.

I wouldn't worry about it, if you ever find yourself having a problem just steer the conversation to the English and they will forget all about it.

My people are typically only racists towards the English. Of course there are exceptions; but generally that is the way we are.

Nope, I’m passing judgement based on his behavior and his friends behavior who are also Scottish. It’s why I rather ask then assume a whole group of people are this way.
