If someone did that to me (wanted to fight) I would call 911 immediately. If he touched me I would press charges.
If he injured me, I would file a civil suit and get a judgment. In many states I could garnish his wages to collect.
Makes sense, I was too young to consider my rights and just fought him for a bit.He's lucky I didn't go after his job.Someone later died in that crosswalk. Place has weird negative energy.
