Imagine you are an 18 year old trans boy that was bullied throughout life due to being trans. Made fun of for speech issues and bullied constantly.
Then someone with a lot of money offers you a lot of money on top of getting a free sex change, new identity, consenting surgery to be beautiful somewhere else in the world. Maybe Mexico? The only benefit I can think of is if you are trying to push for gun control. It was a similar mystery to the body of George Floyd which was now where to be found after death. No proof was ever given nor is there any images of an open coffin.
