Talking about autopsy makes me feel weird and sad because looking at her photo while she was alive and now thinking that she's dead and that they going to open her and check her organs... etc makes me feel about how harsh this criminal is, just how could he?

I wouldn't count on the autopsy being in any way conclusive of "what happened." Unless she was shot or stabbed, there could be many ways for someone to be injured, especially alone in the wilderness. While the fiancé is obviously a prime suspect, it's also clear that she wasn't exactly emotionally stable AND she was violent - it was SHE who was nearly arrested for domestic violence in Moab.

The immediate rush to conclusion is that he killed her - and he might well have - but she could have also taken off due to an argument and fallen, or committed suicide, or encountered some other bad people. It's hard to say, and we may never know the whole story.

That's certainly a possibility - but there are many others.

The fiancé was smart, though. People will always blame him regardless of what actually happened, and anything he told the police would be used against him, and a lot of legitimately innocent people go to prison - sometimes being held for several years while a trial progresses - even if they are eventually exonerated. And others get convicted just because of circumstances. "Doing the right thing" is not something that works in your favor in these situations, as messed up as that is.
