What American conservatives tend to believe is that America is a good country yes we do any some issues in our past like Jim Crow and slavery but for the most part we are a good country that has influenced the world into becoming better. We believe in hard work limited government low taxes and abolishing the welfare state and preserving our American tradition like the right to bear arms he idea freedom of speech and religion the idea of preserving definition so we’ve had for millenniums.
for example we recognize the difference between the statement Black Lives Matter and the organization Black Lives Matter of course we agree to Black Lives Matter all lives matter this is why we say all lives matter because it doesn’t matter if you’re black white Asian Mexican whatever your wife matters. Now what the democrats party has embraced is a Marxist ideology. Black Lives Matter the organization has taken an obvious statement Black Lives Matter and turned in into if you don’t agree with the organization Black Lives Matter which has embraced Marxism your now a bigot and a racist because they assume we don’t think Black Lives Matter. Even though we disagree with the ideology behind the organization rather then the statement it’s self.
we also don’t believe men can be women, we don’t think a penis is a female sex Oregon because it’s not. The democrats in this country now can’t even define what a women is because they have embraced gender theory which is the idea that men and women are 100% the same (we are not) and so gender no longer is a polite word for sex it now is construed with psychology and how you feel inside rather then the reality on the ground. It’s all designed to divide the country and quite frankly break up the country because they think we’re evil and they don’t want to share country fest and we have as republicans are tired of dealing with these people and frankly agree with a national divorce. Which no one knows how that would work so we stay in a bad relationship with the Democratic Party and just insult each other when it’s convenient00 Reply

+1 yActually in America, Conservatives and Leftists live very different lives and increasingly have little in common, which is why the division is so hateful and borderline violent. The “othering” is leading toward a civil conflict that will likely envelope the entire country.

I don't shame anyone for being Republican as I think their ideas and platform are a lot more mainstream than the democrats which I don't agree with on anything!

+1 yAnyone straight up *proud* to be a Dem or Repub is why America is gradually fading amongst the globally connected 21st century.
For anyone who doesn't live in America, the political landscape involves two large parties, mostly made up of crusty old people clinging to money & power who will literally do anything to keep the support of corporations and the money those corporations bring to spam gullible voters.20 Reply3.3K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. Each side, both Rep and Dem, has Interest groups associated with them and people are absorbed by their beliefs. There’s so much to life but so many people fail to enjoy it. They rather focus upon the minutia they feel rather than think, seek life, or engage someone different from them. They are usually so boring anyway…

@Airii ding ding ding. People like to belong to something, the two most common examples in murrrican society being a religion or political party. Give the repubs credit for figuring out that if they could sink their hooks into the main religious establishment of murrrica, they could start to form a walmart or amazon of the political system.
+1 yIt’s because the democrats had some major victories in the last few years and they just want more and more and more. Also our mass media, entertainment industries, tech companies and now even sports teams have gone wildly left.
However most Americans aren’t as liberal as the what Hollywood wants you to believe.00 Reply
Anonymous(45 Plus)+1 yThese people generally have been conned into believing the democratic party is the champion of the working class. The LACK of leadership that the Republican party exhibits at times makes it easier for any disenfranchised to be seduced by this farce.
The real truth is both parties are trying to better the countries through their own ideals. Both do move the country forward (albeit at a snails pace). At tremendous waste and bureaucracy.
Welcome to America! 🤣10 ReplyIt hasn’t always been like this or at least to this extreme. There are always disagreements and finger pointing but at the end of the day the politicians worked together to get things done. From my POV the tearing down / negativity began 2007-2010….. It’s unfortunate. Maybe one day people will communicate and understand each other’s POV vs make assumptions based on social media propaganda (from all sides).

America's politics is complete ish. Both major political parties govern for their cooperate donors, and not the average American man or woman.21 Reply- +1 y

00 Reply Because it's part of the Marxist play book. If you discourage the right from speaking and taking action, the left can bulldoze over them and their concerns and desires. Shout them down is one of there biggest weapons.

Shaming you to vote blue cause you're poor and black lol

It's a confused conglomeration of frustrated and wronged souls seeking justice against Democrat atrocities, but placing faith in a false savior, as the GOP has the same foreign corporate donors.
The DNC's pure, dripping evil deserves to be hated. But Republican voters also love their children. Enough to want a functional southern border to keep out foreign psychopaths that would kill their children for fun. That way, police aren't overwhelmed dealing with that and also with domestic crime.
They want elected officials held accountable for their actions, to have a republic, not an oligarchy. Fools in the DNC can't wrap their heads around what that means, and blindly believe a script full of lies from the 1970s about what the point of Republicans happens to be. Except the narrative is not only false on every level, it's also really outdated. Democrats are permanently stuck in the 1970s, mentally. They have never had a truly good idea since Jimmy Carter slithered the Oval Office.
Yet, many voters foolishly think the likes of Dan Crenshaw can be trusted to turn things around morally. They're trading one wolf for another. - +1 y
@ObscuredBeyond you've been keeping up with the current events, correct?

I've been a little distracted this past week. I invented a government waste rating calculator and algorithm several years ago, and want to turn it into an Android and iphone app. The road to becoming an Apple developer, however, is a very frustrating one.
