I see the women leaders at jobs i work or worked at and they tend to be horrible leaders... peopl... No femininity... Sometimes i get jelly im not being asked to be a leader but its probably good cuz otherwise id lilely have to be. A nasty girl

Know a boss or a supervisor they're the ones to become nasty because they don't understand what they're doing or why is she leaving be done so they'd like to point fingers and yell and scream a leader doesn't do that a leader understands the moment the person and can guide them in the right direction people that have leaders for a boss we'll follow them off the into the cliff because that's how good they are but 4A boss or a supervisor employees hate them because they don't even know what's going on and they act like a big shot and they know nothing they do everything backwards since you said the word leader I would think that you would be capable of being a good leader because you know the difference between a liter and a boss or supervisor

Of course they do did you send pic somebody because then that way they don't have to pay them a ton of money I cannot work with a person that calls himself a boss or supervisor they're higher up walked up to them and said hey you come with me you're going to be the next boss or supervisor do you know how to do that yes LOL with a good leader you don't even have to communicate you already know what it takes was going to take and you work as a team there's no bulshit there's no Whispering behind people's backs there's no anything except for the best the quickest the fastest way to get something done with no injuries on time

Where was that in Oklahoma there was a tornado at could Amazon building and the boss the supervisor made the the employees stay there and work and if they didn't work there were going to be fired I would have said you know what f*** you this is a metal building have you seen metal flying 100 mph and what it would do to skin I was told everybody go home I was just a wind fire somebody they can fire me go home and be with your family if you don't have family there's four brick walls right over here we're going to get together in there and we are going to be safe but that guy was a supervisor he was a boss he was a dummy he was trying to get brownie points if he was a leader he was made everybody get out of that building as soon as possible because metal will f*** you up when it's flying through the air hundred miles per hour

Yes I hear what you're saying they take that title boss or that title supervisor way too far they're glorified babysitter a L handles things much different he makes it work for the employee it makes it so understand things for you the best way to do your job the easiest way to do your job and we'll help you do that job as a team not bitching mine if something goes wrong you fix it that's all there is to it you fix it and make it work it's not a big deal you don't put people down you don't yell or scream you teach and by doing so and you have a whole group of people as one unit that's when things just work so good and everybody's happy Al will also say hey this person is doing good they need more money they will back their people play

I have had two businesses when I interview somebody one of the first things that come out of my mouth is if you call me boss ever you're fired right there because I'm not your boss I'm your employer you are your own boss you just told me you can do this and this and this and that's why you're getting hired because you can handle the responsibility and you know what to do when something goes wrong you're not going to sit there and wait for an answer you're going to handle it

I've met female leaders that were quite good, and others that were really bad.
I don't think it's a matter of male or female leaders, but rather of good and bad leaders.

I think its the exception to the rule to have a decent female leader. And it doesn't matter regardless cause women shouldn't lead.
