Is the Black African Culture the cause of black people's suffering?

When you listen to black Hip Hop or Rap, what do you hear in their lyrics? It's a pretty positive message and outlook on life and women... Laugh...

If it's the black people culture that's been keeping them from greatness yet most black women are single mothers with no man to help her. Could it be that black women have poor judgment in black men or is it a cycle of men being raised by single parents with no father figure.
