When drinking beers at what bottle number hints they may be an alcoholic?

For example Bill is on his 6th beer... that's what I mean by number.

I don’t drink more than two at one time. A couple of times per month. Some would consider that excessive.
I know guys that put away a case or more a day.
Where the cut off is, I wouldn’t know.
It is when they get rude and obnoxious and want to fight is the problem for me Or when they have responsibilities and booze comes first

in my opinion a person who has 5 beers at the bar on the weekend ent an alcoholic. When they are drinking 5 a day they are an alcoholic. I try to keep it to 2 or 3 at the bar these days... but I used to have a lot, and people didn’t think I was an alcoholic.

It largely depends on if it's a daily thing? If a person has 6 bottles of beer once a month they likely aren't an alcoholic. If it's 6 bottles a day it could be a problem, although most alcoholics I know drink more than that, for example 12 a day.

Being an alcoholic is less to do with the number of drinks, and more to do with a dependency for alcohol.

The number u drink in one session does not indicate an alcoholic, it’s whether u can go without alcohol
