the fact that theyre cowards is that they refused to go in to wait for backup while parents wanted to go in and save their children.

I think they weren't well equipped and trained for the situation. It can also be that they were waiting on orders all along. Either way, it's insane what they have to go trough. No other police in developed countries gotta face killers with AR-15 on a daily basis.

Well the guy who ended the shooter was off duty USCBP and borrowed his barbers shotgun, drove all the way to the school and rushed in while all the guys in body armor stood around for almost an hour.

I think they proved that they are. People literally pay them to put their lives on the line to protect and serve, not to sit idly by as children and teachers are murdered and actively prevent parents from trying to save their kids.

They had bad leadership and likely defective orders and procedures. I, however, did not make that judgment. I was armed security. I would have gone in.
