Kyle Rittenhouse on Monday posted a video of himself firing off what appeared to be an automatic firearm while declaring to President Joe Biden that he couldn't take away Americans' guns.

Rittenhouse posted the video to Twitter along with the caption, "Come and take 'em, Joe." The video appeared to show Rittenhouse firing off a slew of bullets from an automatic weapon while at a shooting range.

After stepping back from the gun and being patted on the back, Rittenhouse gives a thumbs up and declares: "Joe Biden, you're not coming for our guns."

Rittenhouse fatally shot two men and injured a third amid protests in Kenosha, Wisconsin, in August 2020. He was acquitted in November of five charges, including first-degree homicide.

I always find it... very strange that conservatives think this is an appropriate response -
Someone has apparently claimed or at least implied they're going to take your guns, because people can't be trusted with them... So... Your response as a conservative and 'rEsPoNsIbLe GuN oWnEr' is to make a vaguely threatening video with 'Come take em!' as your tag line?

What? This is supposed to convince me as a liberal you /deserve/ the gun you're waving around?
Videos like these and this sort of threat/posturing are fuel for the anti-gun fire, conservatives. Stop behaving like petulant children if you don't want your toys taken away.

They are not taking away anyones guns and he doesn’t live in New York where we have the strictest gun laws in the country so he has nothing to worry about, only if you live in New York they are passing a bill for semi automatic rifles for 21 and up can only can get them , the southern states were always the easiest to get guns

I’m surprised how little they know what is involved with getting a carry permit if that’s what they are worried about, only honest and responsible gun owners get them, it’s quite involved to get a carry permit, you need to get fingerprinted, background checked, 4 character references and a safety course. Don’t need to worry about them, the criminals just buy them off the street or down south, no problem getting them to use for crime. I know only a few people that went the legal route and it takes a lot to get for the honest person

Oh and you need to have a reason to also carry which if you carry a lot of cash and usually a business owner

Well it’s always been the strictest so it doesn’t really matter to me, I never bothered getting a pistol, I just go to Georgia where my brother lives if feel like shooting a pistol since he has several and a carry permit because he has a physical disability but it’s easy to get them there but honest and stable people don’t go around shooting people anyway
