Work from home – Pros & Cons that you experienced?

Pros :
I get to work from a place I'm comfortable in
Saving money
Taking a break whenever i need
Higher productivity because mo boss lurking around watching
Cons:
They expect me to work all the time
Calling at Unreasonable times
Trying to micro manage everything Because they can't lurk around
I can't see my work friends and hang out with them pretending to work

Cons
Isolating
I hated the job
My workspace was in my bedroom, so I felt like I never left work.

I taught online in the spring of 2020. The students really did not learn much. Many disappeared from the course and showed up at the end to take the final. A lot of students cheated but I did not fail anyone. It was not a good experience.

Pros: convenience, less hours you actually need to work.

Cons: there is absolutely no separation between your work and home life anymore

There were no cons, but that's because I live alone. I'm assuming it sucks for people who have kids.

It's great! I get undeserved raises. The only downfall is having to deal with the constant sexual hassament.
