One time when I was little, I thought it would be fun to hide by rolling myself up in a rug. Once I was rolled up, I realized that my arms and legs were pinned. I got a rush of claustrophobia. Thank goodness I was able to somehow roll back the other way and free myself but it kinda freaked me out.
A while back, I had to get an MRI. I didn't think it was a big deal until they slid me inside and I realized that I was completely trapped. It was like being in a coffin. I occupied my mind and didn't freak out, but I realized that I am kind of claustrophobic.
Aside from that, I don't have any major phobias. Spiders creep me out a bit but I'm not actually afraid of them.
I used to have one about plants, partly because of an episode of, "Lost In Space" where a vine wraps itself around Don's leg and drags hum underground and mostly because I never knew what poison ivy looked like until about 8 years ago which was around the same time I discovered I'm not allergic to it! Every since, I hardly have any problem at all around plants.
I am afraid of running out of things at home, so I tend to stockpile but fairly mildly. Except KY!
I'm afraid of needles.
Being outside when it's late.
