those of Hispanic descent... are speaking "hispanic" less and less, they don't much about the countries of their parents or grandparents either... and they are growing up more into the "American lifestyle and culture"

I've seen that first hand in my extended family... every above 30 age was bilingual
those between 12 and 30, some are bilingual others are not... and for those younger than 12 only some of them speak Spanish, very few

Hispanics will become something different in the future, that is for sure... it's already happening. lol

and of course, this is just from my personal perspective, other regions on the USA might be different

If trends in birth rates and immigration hold true, they eventually may be. In the end, who cares? Race is irrelevant.

Historically speaking, minority privileges are never transferred to a former majority. Instead, they are usually subjected to abuse, sometimes severe. Given the strident anti-white rhetoric in the US the outcome will not be peaceful.

@RealMarek Maybe, maybe not but legally once whites are a minority all these laws already exist in place and the courts would have no choice but to rule they transfer. Not saying congress wouldn't change the laws though, they might to prevent it... saying they do not need it.

Perhaps. However, “Hispanic” is a poorly constructed invention of the USG. Many third or fourth generation hispanics seem to begin identifying as white. Also, there is a lot of intermarriage between hispanics and whites. I think this is why the left’s efforts to get hispanics to vote in a monolithic way or adopt some sort of group consciousness are not working very well.
