Yes, but it is not a conspiracy. It's a loose confederation. The bad actors who are doing this all have their own plans. China's creation and release of Covid was intentional with with the financial support of Anthony Fauci. Biden's obsession with Green Energy and shutting down our Oil industry is also intentional. I haven't gotten myself to believe it is the Davos/Bilderbergers types of groups are integrally involved, but Soros is compelling.

I’d say no, but the conspiracy theorists have been speaking about this over the last few years, and every crazy prediction they make seems to come true. So maybe they’re right. As they say, the difference today between a conspiracy theory and reality is about 6 months to a year.

Let me answer your question this way: someone would have to be either tremendously short-sighted/stupid or intentionally sabotaging things to make the policy decisions we have. I think what's most disturbing about this situation is that every step of the way, the bad things that happen are predicatable and could be seen coming from a mile away.
