Yes, now it rings a bell. Since Joey took over, there's been 400,000 "get-aways." and 2 million apprehensions. It's not really an apprehension when they march to the processing station laughing at us. They've also caught 50 people on the terrorist watch list. Terrorists and Fentanyl are flowing across the border, and the Dims just care about illegal votes for themselves.
That's why Joey didn't care about the Cubans begging to come to America. He knew they would never vote for communism. And we have thousands of Afghans with permanent resident cards to the US, that were left behind. They were sold a bill of goods by Joey, and they trusted the words of that traitorous snake. Why would any ally ever trust us?
The entire cabinet would get replaced, no question. If anyone DOESN'T get the boot, then it's time to worry about corruption and backdoor deals, especially since pretty much every current cabinet member is abnormally incompetent at their job.
Milley will probably retire before letting himself be fired. He won't be missed by anyone, but chances are whoever replaces him would just be another useless sycophant.
In fact if I could give only one piece of advice to Trump v1.2, it would be to fire everyone and start from scratch. Other than arguably Rick Perry for Energy Secretary and Ben Carson for the interior (and in both cases he could probably find someone better), his own circle wasn't great, either.

Garland wouldn't stick around long enough to get fired. In fact, I doubt he'll be in office by the time that 2024 comes. He'll probably retire.
General Milley should never have been appointed to his position in the first place. At any rate, if my research is correct, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs is a termed job, meaning after four years in office, you're done. Milley will already be retired by that point.
Fauci will be dead or retired by then. And if neither of those happen by the time the 2024 election rolls around and if Trump were to win, he'd retire then and there.

The president has no say over that branch of government and how dumb those people are. The only people who can fire them are the voters and the voters are dumb as they are.

The EPA will go and Interior will pickup functions. Trump will move many executive offices out of D. C. to obscure locations. I can't wait. I sure hope you're right. It's time to drain the swamp once and for all.
Both people listed will already be gone. Nominations/Confirmations within the Executive Branch are rarely held over. Additionally, CJCS don't spend year after year in the position. He'll be retiring soon (probably to China).
I have no intention to change your mind. I respect your views. If 'we' don't exchange our ideas, then 'we' cannot build society... together (not against each other). Sure: I loathe Trump; but for his personality. His political agenda is detached from that. I jumped on Trump only, because that's the topic of your question. I disagree with most other politicians as well. See: I somehow like Bernie Sanders; and again - just because he's a pleasant type of person.
