Biden gave remarks in the Roosevelt Room to a gathering of state governors about a partnership with 11 states to speed up the growth of the offshore wind industry and its domestic supply chain in the US.
The photographer documenting the event captured one of the documents Biden used during the meeting: a cue card titled "The President" with the title of the event, followed by bullet-pointed instructions seemingly for Biden.

It is embarrassing that this is what we have as the leader of the free world. The press covered it up during the election but even the most loyal democrat operative with a press pass an cover up this level of mental impairment. The press pulled him across the finish line and now they are stuck with him.
He's not a well man, have some sympathy. Incidentally, as bad as the cue cards looks, in his hands, it's possible they are simple instructions so they are ready to glance and read.
Have sympathy? Does the government have sympathy for you when you can't pay your taxes? Nope, the IRS swoops down and takes your house and sells it for what you owe.
I was referring directly to biden and on a personal, human level. As a politician, he presents as a dreadful president, in capable of office, and most probably corrupt. If so, he is probably not alone. And colluding with media to convince us that he and his government can find their arse with both hands. I find it hard to find morality in what his government are doing, and worry that the economy is going drastically the wrong way and taking my pension savings with it. Steps to try to remove the need for regular elections should be alarming to all, as is the large influx of people from the borders who in part are needed but may yet cost the country big time. I look forward to a new government, hopefully of adults, in a couple of years who I expect will start to mitigate this current nonsense but it's going to take years. I can only hope the elitist super classes around them don't fuck it up this time on the basis of high brow 'morals'. Nice to see Elon offering a counter balance.

Biden needs help; he is clearly being used by the people around him. He should be in a special care facility that specializes in dementia and not as a puppet president.
