How do you feel about the latest Miranda ruling from the Supreme Court?

The Supreme Court ruled that police are not obligated to tell you about your Miranda Rights. You still have these rights, but it is on you to know them. If they are violated, your attorney still has a case.

As someone seeking a law enforcement career, I disagree with this ruling. There are many people in bad schools who do not teach students their rights. Whether or not it is required, I will read Miranda rights to suspects.

Everyone is going crazy about abortion, but this is a much bigger issue that will affect more people than the abortion issue does.
