As I pointed out already, that has already been happening. Vast swaths of the USA do not have, and never have had, abortion provider access, and the road trip for rural and "Bible Belt" women is already a reality:

Now if they drop some tourist dollars in Sunny California, great, but they really missed the Golden Era where many now dangerous areas were clean, safe and fun.

Truthfully I will kill myself if I ever got pregnant. I don’t want kids, never have. Birth control doesn’t always work and there’s still the concern of rape. So if I ever got pregnant, I’ll kill myself.
