What is the process of getting a hate bill in place?

I don’t understand the question? Hate speech is very subjective and still a protected right under the 1st Amendment- in the US that is. Anything further, threats of violence, incitement, etc. is already illegal so a new bill wouldn’t do much but be challenged in court. I’m not sure about other countries though. You need to be careful about pushing things that can have unintended consequences though. I believe Canada or the UK arrested a 12 year old for hate speech a short while ago.

I'm not pushing the hate someone else which result in the feds getting involved on YouTube. Why should I be careful? 2 people lost their lives behind the hate stuff

Noone is pushing for a new law there should be something in place to protect women and hate crimes. I'm all for taking matters into my own hands

What I will do if it came down to it start taking lives from a particular group of men who are stalking, harassing, and hate against women. I will be getting in contact with ny state attorney general too.

Before you even talk to politicians, you need to get signatures on your proposed bill, and then you need to find a politician with the courage to sponsor a heat bill that is affective not just a club to beat political opponents over the head with.

Well if u have a hate bill then doesn't that kind of ruin the freedom of speech thing that everyone loves. And if u make saying hateful stuff illegal, then how do u know which terrible people to stay away from? Ull never know if they can't say the terrible shot they're thinking

The hate has been going on for years. It's actually dehumanizing now to the point it's a safety concern amongst a large crowd of them. They actually killed 2 women as a result of their hate. The feds are involved and their under investigation legally.

Lol that’s not gonna happen because everybody has an opinion and not everybody feels the same way. They also feel as if they can throw their stress on other people through social media because they can’t physically touch them.
