The supreme court ruled accurately according to the constitution. Abortion does not exist in the constitution so therefore it cannot be a federally guaranteed right across the country.

You're exactly correct. The supreme Court didn't say abortions were bad or and they didn't ban them, they just said let the voters decide. I think that's a great idea. The voters should be deciding on a lot of things instead of just having government decide.
