Affirmative Action is the only legal form of oppression at a Federal level. While every other minority is fighting to keep discrimination of protected classes illegal, except for affluent Asians, it has remained legal for White males in the US. And it’s expected they accept it. The bill it’s racked up in opportunity cost is incalculable at this point. The stories about minorities White washing their resumes to get more call backs is a crock of shit, it’s actually the other way around. Straight up. My professors warned us about it, and that’s exactly what happened when job offers went out, women and minorities were picked first, and they weren’t all the top performers either, even with all the privileged aid they received their whole lives and weren’t even aware of it.

But it doesn’t matter, that’s what the “good” Whites males do, it’s a stereotype that’s expected of them, ironically. Give and give, even when the recipients don’t deserve it or want it. Maybe they should stop. There are extremely greedy people who stopped long ago. The few affluent White males who ratified it likely never began.

A daughter or son isn’t guilty for father’s or mother’s sins, unless you’re a White male. And apparently it applies to the poor White males who don’t have money as well. They sold the egregious marketing assumption that White males were all rich, when in fact they are in the minority.

The White males who deny it are those who haven’t tasted poverty, are guilt riddled, or poorly educated because of their class. I don’t expect other minorities to understand this. Plenty of ignorance to go around when you’re hyperfocused on yourselves because a rich White male told you to do so.

It’s also funny how a minority of Asian women are attracted to White males, the minority that is pushing to end it. No one in the US can really claim to be "oppressed", but men are a lot closer than women are. Lack of rights (reproductive, bodily integrity, and anti-slavery), open and legal discrimination (as per United Steelworkers V Weber), and a relative lack of government services. So far as legal stuff goes, it's white people above everyone else, as racial quotas and, again, Weber and the steelworkers.

What a lot of people fail to realize is that, when you're competing for a limited number of slots, EVERY discriminatory change is FOR someone and AGAINST someone else. If it's illegal to discriminate based on race, there shouldn't be a caveat saying "except for white people". If it's illegal to discriminate based on sex, there shouldn't be a caveat saying "except for men". Okay, here's one. In the Army, I was in a squad of 12 people. 3 females, 9 males. 7 Black, 3 Hispanic and 2 white guys. Squad Leader, always had black guys in office joking and laughing while me and other white guy got all tge shit details and late night shifts.

One day after I commented on how they do a lot of laughing and joking while we're out there working... squad leader tells me that he thinks I am the type of guys that uses racial slurrs and writes Nig----r on bathroom walls. I felt discriminated and "oppressed."

I go to Equal Opportunity class and sit there for 2 hours listening to how white people oppress black people. With over 40% of people being black in room shake their heads and speak in agreement. I walk out feeling pretty shitty, because I never oppressed black people... that whole thing was bullshit they just made me sit there listening to them bash on white people. I felt "discriminated and oppressed"

How many times do see or hear of white guts getting shoot by police? Like never. When 75% of people killed by police shooting are at white guys. Nobody is crying over police brutality for white guys. Nope when ever police brutality is a subject its only in terms of black people... because white guys shoot by police deserved it because every white prerson knows that if fight a cop or resist that might get shoot and nobody will give a shit because you deserved it. I used Jim Crow as an example because the law specifically said that all men are equal and even though it said that they made these tiny in between the line racist laws that contradict the fact that they made it law that all men were equal. The same thing happens today. I mean do you even know things that Jim crow did? It was racist things that weren’t obvious. For example, If a black man didn’t have a job he will go to jail but the issue was that the country was making it hard for black men to get jobs by not hiring them. And going to jail, the black man was basically doing slave labor again

Yes they would actually. If they believe in white domination and only want to see and pay white people, they will have an issue seeing and paying POC. It’s always been that way. Why do you think white people didn’t want to sell their merchandise to black people after anti discrimination laws? Didn’t want to hire none white workers? Than when forced to hire none white workers didn’t pay them equally and fired them over every little thing. There’s a lot of instances
