Republicans want to tell you what books you can read, what meds you can take, what words you can say, what history you can learn, what you can do with your uterus, what gender you are & who you can love… but tell me more about how the Dems are “coming for your freedoms”.

Not having tranny porno in elementary libraries isn’t banning books. It’s making a policy decision about what is important for childhood education in public schools. You can still go out and personally buy that same tranny porn and consume that product since that seems to be what you are into and show it to your kids if you were able to even reproduce, but since you’re a fag tough luck. I don’t know how you plan to argue about childhood education when you’re a homo that can’t have kids within your relationship, thus you can’t be a concerned parent that wants to impact childhood education for the betterment of their child’s future. You trying to insert yourself in childhood education is like me trying to insert myself into your strap on color purchasing decisions. It’s none of your business.

America didn’t ban abortion. The Supreme Court recognized that they made an illegal ruling which violated the Constitution with Roe. They fixed their mistake so that they would not be a lawless institution. They do not want to be seen as criminals. The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people. Thus the Federal government got the fuck out the way of sovereign States who did not consent to Federal mandates concerning medical decisions that impacted their citizenry’s right to life.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

Don’t even know where you’re coming from with banning black history. Obviously people have freedom of speech and of the press. Nothing is blocking you from writing a book on black history or speaking about it to your friends and family. If a school made a particular curriculum adjustment, that doesn’t ban history, it just means they find what you think is important not so important. You still have the freedom to consume it on your own time.

There are no “transgender rights” defined in the constitution. There are only temporary privileges that have been granted. People have basic human rights, but there is no language that speaks to tranny shit.

You can say gay all you want. You just have to follow the job description and curriculum outlined by a school board if you want to keep your job. If you can’t do your job, find a different one. Florida prohibits classroom instruction on sexual orientation or gender identity in kindergarten through 3rd grade and prohibits instruction that is not age appropriate for students and requires school districts to adopt procedures for notifying parents if there is a change in services from the school regarding a child’s mental, emotional or physical health or well-being. We all know you want to groom and diddle other people's kids that are between kindergarten and third grade, but that’s illegal here. Get over it pedo. If you want to groom your own children, nothing is stopping you from home instruction aside from basic child sexual abuse laws.

It's freer than ever- that's why you can still lie about them by claiming that:

-overturning a law putting the federal government's nose where it has no business being is "banning abortion".

-removing something from a required reading list and taking out of the school's library is "banning" it.

-combating historical revisionism and insisting upon accuracy is "banning" history.

-combating biological denialism is "banning" trans rights.

-the parental rights in education bill literally prohibits people from saying the word "gay" (seriously; it's three and a half pages- READ the damn thing before you criticize it!).

Bonus points for use of euphemisms; "marriage equality" is a legitimate a phrase as "Atlantic triangular trade".

Freedom and Liberty does not mean there are no rules, laws, rationale or common sense. Freedom means having the right to sue, having the right to express yourself as long as it doesn't harm others, having the right to defend yourself, and more. Banning things like hate speech and harmful content is for common sense and safety reasons.

Do you want your kids to be bombarded with propaganda that goes against science? No. Do you want others to tell your kids to be told who they are or who they should be? No. And so on. Democrats are trying to hurt the current and future generations by bombarding them with propaganda. Republicans are saving children.
