Nah. All court records are redacted to one extent or another. That’s not the problem. Also, we don’t let the scum of the earth out of prison for not turning over other scum. Actually it’s usually the other way around. But that’s not going to happen here and we all know why. It’s also highly likely that we don’t REALLY want to know. Are we ready for the entire system to be completed dismantled? I don’t think so. If we burn every sick sumbitch at the stake, there will be nothing left of our current government. No joke. You’re old enough to remember when Larry Flynt exposed dozens of senators and representatives for taking sex tourism trips to places known for child prostitution. What happened then? Same thing that’s happening now.
I just find it somewhat hypocritical that’s us little people have our traffic court records exposed, peoples domestic violence convictions are exposed, peoples sex offense cases are usually exposed, but at a time it would embarrass the British royal family a major US political party and possibly some other heads of state, all of a sudden they slam the door on that so tight that it’s more waterproof than a fish’s asshole? More important than any of that, though, the reason they don’t want to expose is because Trump is not on it!
You’re so sure of that? Drumpf has been connected to Epstein. He’s been quoted complimenting him on his taste in young women and there’s at least one photo of them together and smiling. The right is jumping to conclusions over pictures of Maxwell at Chelsea Clinton’s wedding. If Clinton is guilty, so is Drumpf. Fair is fair.
Produce the papers and let’s find out together. I’d certainly have a different view of him if he was on it. But let’s be real you would be able to read the billboards from space in every Main Street in America showing the evidence if he actually was on it.

Pedophilia is a condition, not a behavior. We don’t punish people just for being. When pedophiles and the like act on their impulses, they’re guilty of a wide variety of offenses. If she had zero clients her lawyers should be getting her conviction overturned. Either she committed a crime and the evidence of that crime should be public record or she did not commit a crime for lack of evidence and she should be compensated accordingly for her ordeal. The global elites can’t have it both ways.
The evidence won't ever be available to the public because the whole Epstein-Maxwell business was a MOSAD operation aiming to blackmail and control USA's politicians. The children were just pawns. Therefore the evidence would be closely related to said politicians.
I wouldn't be surprised if an equivalent operation was taking place in other countries.

Ghislaine Maxwell was sentenced 181 days before her birthday, 181 days after being found guilty, the bodycam footage was released 181 days left in the year. The 4th of July parade shooting was 181 weeks after the governor was sworn in.
The list of 181 repeating in politics is too long with this character limit. It's all staged.
I don't think she was wrongfully convicted. I think the evidence is plain that she was a groomer.
But what about all those famous folks who visited the island?
None of them were investigated.
The evidence that I’m asking for, the records of who went there and when, is being suppressed. My whole question is about getting that evidence interview of the public. If there’s no evidence for a conviction then some conviction is wrong if there is evidence, in the American legal system that evidence is public record. The rich and famous can’t have it both ways.
That's all I am saying. We know Clinton was there. Alan Dershowitz, Prince Andrew, etc.
None of them were investigated. And you can't get evidence without an investigation.

Justice Roberts was appointed by George W. Bush, who wanted a strong Conservative chief justice.

... Why should the public have to know again? This is a legal case and I honestly fail to see why it needs to be accessible to the public since its literally none of their business.
In the US criminal evidence is a matter of public record. I always thought it was a deterrent strategy to get people afraid of public humiliation.
Putting aside when or why it is open to the public, it still does not make any sense. "Public humiliation" is neither desirable nor conducive to upholding law and order as it almost definitely leads to further social problems and even potentially crimes. So I ask again, why should the public necessarily have access to records of legal cases?

Um, no the justice system doesn't move that slowly to arrest someone unless you have zero evidence (which we see with Trump) or are covering up for the guilty parties (like we see with Gislane's client list)

Considering the girls were willful participants, i don't think anyone should have been convicted.
I wasn’t on the jury, but she seems to have been the person who set up a lot of the abuses. So I would say that her sentence is far too lenient.
I’d like unredacted access to the evidence. We could have some of the world’s richest men, a prince and two presidents eligible for some prison time. I don’t think it will ever happen.
