Laugh. What else can you do? Clearly they have some kind of deep insecurity that actuates them to openly insult people they don't even know. It must be really miserable living in their world. I feel bad for them.

Me on the other hand. I'm the same person I was before their silly comment. Their opinions have no validity in my life. Those that find me handsome still find me handsome those that find me ugly still find me ugly. But the only that is relevant to me is, those that love me and value me still love and value me. 🙂

I would decide if I were potentially in danger, and continue to my destination without thinking about them. They are a random stranger, and I do not care about them, nor their opinions.

If I were at a destination that is a venue, like eating at a restaurant, then I would wait for them to walk away, then continue my meal/activity. I would probably rush through my activity, as I would be afraid of their randomness, and the possibility that they may do other spontaneous yet unpleasant things.

Sounds like they have bigger problems of their own. Haters are fueled by their own insecurities, it usually has nothing to do with their “victims”. On the flip something attracts them to the person they attack, it’s usually more jealousy driven. Probably rejected by someone who looks similar, and they are looking for payback.

I normally tell people, "If you have a problem, why not fight like a man instead of just talking shit like a little bitch." Then I approach them hoping they will try something. It is extremely rare for anyone that sees me in person to say anything negative about me though.

It’s best to never look upset in front of the people who try to insult or mock you.
If you look happy or not upset in front of them it makes them feel like they haven’t succeeded in putting you down
