So, the idea that thin women are unhealthy comes from the 90s where fashion models actually were extremely unhealthy and abnormally thin, it was a problem and the argument then was about unrealistic beauty standards etc.

You happen to be naturally tall and thin and so when you see something like this, for you, it becomes a personal attack.

Once ideas are out there in 'the ether' (another extremely old, now debunked idea which remains a part of popular culture) it takes a very long time for them to go away and things get kind of mashed together and repackaged and regurgitated over time.

So, Im not saying that you are wrong just that this is something you need to be aware of because you cannot understand the present without understanding the past.

I understand you thinking that, I was literally the same way. Back when I was 140 pounds I was able to eat whole pizzas plus whatever else in a day. I thought I ate a lot. A whole pizza is like 2000 calories. That’s the minimum recommended amount of calories in a day. You probably eat around that amount considering your size. Last summer I started eating close to 4000 calories a day. I would eat for hours at a time trying to stuff myself way farther than It felt I could. I wanted to throw up after every meal for the whole summer. I wound up putting on 30 pounds. Trust me if you really ate a lot you’ll gain weight. 😭
