... There is no 3rd party... Not really. The American style of voting simply can't support more than 2 parties due to how it is designed. For there to be a credible 3rd party you are required to change how voting works by for example implementing ranked choice voting. Something the Democrats mostly supports and Republicans are vehemently opposed to. So no, its not the Dems being hypocritical and you just reinforced how Republicans are for voter suppression.

They’re both guilty of it, I’ve had numerous republicans trying to guilt me into voting for Trump and other conservative politicians, and even tried to claim that they’re also libertarian, but they’re still filthy authoritarian pricks.

Firstly I do not watch FOX News, they are equally corrupt as CNN and MSNBC, and secondly it's Blue-MAGA's like you that gave me the push I needed to leave the Democratic party. Most recent case of Dem's keeping third parties off the ballot is NC, but I guess the voters who reported being harassed by DNC staffers for signing partitions to get Green party on NC ballot are lying and faked their video footage.

Combination of things, such being in control of board of elections, partitioning courts. DNC kept the green party of the ballot in my state and many others during the 2020 election, and just recently NC Dem's blocked green party off the ballot and is now being sued.
