What do you think of people victimizing themselves because of what happened to people of their race in the past?

And people who think they have a debt with others because of what people of their race did in the past?

Personally I think that people from all walks of life have identified that if you fit a certain demographic you actually have an advantage.

For example.

If you have a lazy employee who is black, they can easily pull the “it’s because I’m black” card, when their management tries to enforce disciplinary action or even let them go.

There is no “it’s because I’m white” card.

But notice… they bring up

“White privilege” personally I believe this is people gas lighting and projecting just so that people become blinded by what actually happens.

And no, I’m Hispanic not a white guy. So before anyone labels me racist, they need to check themselves.
