Neither. The federal government doesn’t need such nonsense. The states should govern their citizens. The fed should govern the states and handle international relations.
At the state level, if you don’t invite people knowledgeable on and sensitive to both men’s issues and women’s issues, then you’re not really interested in equity and therefore you will never achieve it.
